Prices:

Members:

Classes (on direct debit): $12 per week for one class, OR $20 per week for unlimited classes

Casual class: $16.

Individual sessions (on direct debit): $20 per week for unlimited sessions

Casual individual sessions: $28.

Personal Training: an additional $5 to our current PT prices.

Non-members:

Casual class: $26. You will receive a loyalty card and your 8th session will be FREE (no expiry on when sessions can be used).

Individual session: $33. You will receive a loyalty card and your 8th session will be FREE (no expiry on when sessions can be used).

With our High Altitude Training Studio up and running, we are excited to be introducing the following new equipment to our new studio!

SkiErg

The SkiErg helps you build strength and endurance by working the entire body in an efficient, rhythmic motion. Skiing is a low impact, high calorie burning exercise suitable for all ages and abilities. You are in complete control of the resistance: the harder you pull, the faster the flywheel spins, which creates more resistance. The Performance Monitor gives you immediate feedback on every pull you take, as well as cumulative performance data at the end of your workout. The monitor self-calibrates, ensuring your results are accurate and allowing you to compare each pull, interval and workout.

The SkiErg is a low impact exercise that is easy on the knees and ankles and easily accommodates athletes with lower leg injuries: injured athletes can sit or kneel, reducing the amount of leg involvement, while training at normal intensity and duration using just the upper body and core. It’s a great training tool for adaptive athletes, too!

Jacobs Ladder

Jacobs Ladder provides the most efficient exercise for those serious about conditioning. Unlike most cardio machines, the patented treadmill climber utilises low impact, high range of motion exercise to provide a superior cardio workout to both the upper and lower body.
